Virginia King, Esq. presents for Philadelphia Compulsory Arbitration Seminar

 

On December 7, 2023, Virginia King, Esquire presented the “Top 15 Issues and Objections During Arbitration” to attorneys looking to become certified to serve as arbitrators for the Philadelphia Compulsory Arbitration Program. Virginia’s presentation included the most common challenges litigants, attorneys, and arbitrators face during arbitrations, with practical tips on case presentation and planning. Several attorneys joined both in person and online for the live webcast and for CLE credit. Any case filed in Philadelphia County valued at or less than $50,000 must proceed through the arbitration process first, and Virginia is no stranger to arbitrations – both as an attorney and an arbitrator.
